3. Can I bring a friend or significant other?
Yes, it is highly recommended. This way, you'll know who you’re sharing a room or bed with. However, please note that there is no discount available for couples.
4. What if I'm allergic to certain foods, or have limited dietary options?
Please annotate your dietary restrictions when completing the registration form, and we'll do our best to accommodate.
5. What should I pack for the trip?
Be sure to pack comfortable clothing suited to the weather forecast, including items for swimming and exploring the town. Remember, this is a clothing-optional event (inside the cabin and on the back decks). Try to avoid overpacking, as you might want to do some shopping at the nearby outlets.
6. How much does it cost to attend?
The General Registration fee of $500 is structured as follows: a deposit of $150 is due upon registration. The remaining balance can either be paid as a second payment of $350 or split into two payments of $175 each. All registration fees must be paid in full by June 1st; otherwise, your name will be removed from our roster.
7. How will I know who all is attending the event?
Once you have either paid the discounted registration fee, or made the deposit for the Regular Registration Fee, you will receive a link inviting you to a FB Messenger chat room. This allows every paying/paid patron the opportunity to interact with others who will be in attendance. This also helps the staff when it comes to room assignments.
Please Note: that there are no refunds. However, if you pay the registration fee but are unable to attend the trip, you may transfer your funds to the next cabin trip.
8. Who do I contact if I have any issues, questions, or concerns?

9. When should I arrive at the cabin?
Arrival time is 6:00 PM EST on Friday, July 31st, 2026.
10. What time is the event over?
Check out is 10:00 AM EST on Monday, August 3rd, 2026.
11. Are private rooms available?
Although we do not have private rooms available, we encourage you to invite a friend or two. If you’re attending alone, don’t worry! We set up a group chat so you can connect with other attendees, before the trip. Remember, sharing space with future friends can be a truly rewarding experience.
